Returns & Exchanges

At Meissner Sewing & Vacuum Centers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your machine or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
